RETURN POLICY

1. Refund Process:

We will issue a refund within 12 days of purchase in the original payment form.

2. Return Condition:

Items must be returned in their original condition with attached tags and accompanied by the receipt.

3. Online Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please complete the online returns process. Unauthorized returns will not be our responsibility.

4. Defective or Wrongly Shipped Items:

Report any defective or wrongly shipped items within 2 days of delivery. We only accept returns or exchanges for such items if reported within this timeframe.

5. Exclusions for Final Sale Items:

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. We are not responsible for final sale items returned to us.

6. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong item was shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we will reimburse shipping costs only for defective items or wrong shipments.

7. Return Timeframe:

Returns must be received within 12 days from the delivery date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted and are not our responsibility.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

FLYING MONKEY Wholesale is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure a secure delivery location.

9. Refused Shipments:

If a customer refuses shipment, resulting in the order being sent back to us, we will cancel the order. The customer must place a new order.

10. Return Processing Time:

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 7-10 days for receipt, review, and processing. You will receive a notification once your return is complete.

11. Restrictions:

This return process is exclusive to items purchased from the FLYING MONKEY Wholesale website and applies only to orders within the USA. International orders are not eligible for return.
