SHIPPING POLICY

 

Greetings from FLYING MONKEY Wholesale! We are committed to ensuring a seamless shipping experience for your wholesale orders. Here's a detailed overview of our shipping policy:

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

UPS Ground: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

UPS 3 Day Select: Opt for this option for faster delivery within 3 business days.

FedEx Ground: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Pick Up: Conveniently collect your order in person from our warehouse.

 

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRANSIT:

Order Processing Time: Orders placed after 10:00 am PST will generally be shipped on the following day. Friday orders will be dispatched on the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.

Weekends and Holidays: Shipping times are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders will not be shipped during these periods.

 

NOTIFICATIONS:

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Import/Export Regulations: International orders may require additional time due to import/export regulations.

Tax and Duties: International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with their order.

Billing Information: Please ensure accurate billing information to avoid delays in shipping your order.

 

SPECIAL NOTES:

P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.

Multiple Shipments: If you wish to ship merchandise to two or more locations, kindly place separate orders for each location.
